Frequently Asked Questions
📝 Who receives the donation receipt?
You receive the donation receipt as the purchaser of the voucher. From a tax perspective, the donation comes from you, even though the recipient decides which organization it goes to. We automatically send you the receipt by the end of February of the following year.
🎁 How does the gift handover work?
After you donate:
- We create a personalized donation gift card as a PDF
- You receive it by email for self-printing – or by mail upon request
- You hand over the card / PDF to the recipient
- The recipient logs in to the Impact Portal with their email address and can track their growing gift and choose where the donation returns flow
👤 What does the recipient do with the card?
With the email address you provided when donating, the recipient logs in to our Impact Portal. There they can track the growth of their donation and annually select which organizations should receive returns from the donation.
📮 Can I receive the card by mail?
Yes! By default, you receive the donation gift card as a PDF by email for self-printing. Upon request, we're happy to send you the printed card by mail – just contact us after your donation.
💸 Are there any fees?
No, 100% of your donation (your gift) flows into the Wealth for the World Fund.
💰 Can I choose the voucher amount freely?
Yes, the voucher amount is completely flexible.
